I am a specialist infrastructure and construction projects lawyer with nearly two decades of experience in New Zealand and the UK, advising on social and economic infrastructure (with a particular focus on social and public housing projects), power generation, vertical and horizontal infrastructure and construction projects.
In addition, I have a specific focus on (and enjoyment of) large, complex transactions, such as public private partnerships (PPPs), competitive alliances and project financed transactions that involve detailed analysis of risk and contractual interface arrangements.
